18 - 12 Months before the Wedding

• Set the date and time of the wedding, Liase with the church or registrar as appropriate.
• Reserve an allocation of bedrooms if guests are to travel
• Reserve the date with your florist, photographer, videographer and disc jockey. Book with the hotel as appropriate.
• Choose attendants, honour attendants and ushers.
• Order you wedding invitations and staionary
• Pick out the Bride's gown and headpiece
• Shop for attendant's attire and accessories
• Order your wedding rings
• Register for Gift Services

4 - 6 Months before the Wedding

• Meet with your florist (or liase with hotel) to order your wedding flowers. (Bring a sketch or photo of your dress and colour swatches of your bridesmaid's dresses)
• Address all wedding invitations and announcements.
• Book Wedding taster with hotel
• Meet with videographer and photographer
• Order your wedding cake.
• Mail your wedding invitations

4 - 6 Weeks before the Wedding

• Contact your florist for an appointment to review your order
• Have the final fitting of your gown
• Meet with the videographer, photographer and disc jockey to update them of the details
• Arrange special transportation for the wedding party
• Select the bride's / groom's gift
• Prepare seating chart for reception guests
• Book final appointment date with Wedding Co-ordinator

2 Weeks before the Wedding

• Make the final check with your florist, (double check delivery times and locations)
• Order "thank-you" flowers to be sent to parents after the wedding
• Obtain the marriage licence
• Make name changes on bank accounts and official documents
• Keep a list of wedding gifts and their senders as they arrive
• Finalise seating chart for reception gyest and forward to hotel

1 Week before the Wedding

• Give the final guest count for the reception to your Wedding Co-ordinator
• Meet with Events Operation Mangers and Wedding Co-ordinator
